Oluwaseun (Olu) developed a passion for beekeeping during his undergraduate days where he studied entomology and wildlife for his BSc. The life of bees and its impact beyond honey and hive produce spurs him personally and is responsible for his career path as a sustainability professional.

He has kept bees for over 15 years where he was at some point a full-time beekeeper practising other allied jobs associated with beekeeping. He is also a decorated beekeeper representing his country Nigeria at different national and internal beekeeping events and platforms.

He continues as a sustainability professional serving as a climate change projects officer in one of the boroughs in North West England. He is married with two daughters and aspires to fall back to his first love; beekeeping in retirement.
